Refund Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Charlie Ann Buxton, it really means the world. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re always happy to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any packaging intact.

As our scarves are delicate and considered pieces, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.

Limited Edition Items

Many of our scarves are produced in limited quantities. Limited edition items are eligible for return only if they meet the conditions outlined above and are returned within the stated timeframe. 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
